野台開唱的第十年特別成立專屬「獨立電音舞台」，由台灣獨立電音廠牌「默契音樂」負責統籌規劃，邀請到半野喜弘、黃大旺（當時名為「黑狼」）、蔡安智、林強、Fish、氣象人、Punkcan、…等介於實驗音樂、噪音、聲音藝術的創作者出。
